Who we are:
LANCASTER ABSTRACT & ESCROW SERVICES is a cooperative effort of legal, title and real estate partners. Geoffrey Haye, Esq., Seth Floyd and Dave Wierzbicki came together to provide the Greater Philadelphia area with our brand of service we like to call “urbanclose”.
We know places around town that aren’t always easy to get to. We know that the way business is done in the city has a different flare. We know the style that is necessary to make you feel comfortable about the way our business is done. We do real estate closings and provide title insurance policies on your purchase and refinance business. We help you create the warm and fuzzy feeling when all parties come together and achieve success through closing.
